Henri Robert stepped away from Philibert Beaumont and blasted the ball towards the top corner from 25 yards.

Henri Robert received the ball which was passed wonderfully by Michel Labelle, the ball was picked up by Henri Robert before Yves De Sauveterre could cut it out.

Whilst still some way from goal, Henri Robert tried to lob the keeper. Philibert Beaumont failed to block the shot.

But Henri Robert put it wide of the goal ... He hung his head in shame for missing what was such an easy chance.

Albert Blanc played a great ball for Henri Monet, Henri Monet picked up on the ball before Patrice Adam could reach it.
