1. GoKickOff may terminate a user's account at any time if that user violates these rules.

- User may not register (or attempt to register) with more than one account.
- Trading players with friends, acquaintances or players within the same LAN is strictly prohibited.
- Any action that benefits any other person expressly.
- Any act that is considered unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable.

2. If a member is found to have incomplete, inaccurate, or false account information that account is subject to termination without notice.

3. By using any GoKickOff services, you agree to submit to our arbitration.

4. GoKickOff reserves the right to terminate inactive accounts. Your account will become inactive if you do not sign in for 30 days.

5. GoKickOff reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the terms or conditions of this agreement at any time. It is the user's responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes.
